Dr. Valerie Slater

Dr. Valerie Slater considers herself a Texas native who has always dreamed of living in her paradise, which she calls Colorado. She was in the US Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate, where she found her passion for dentistry and decided to pursue her dream.

Dr. Slater graduated from the University of North Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science and then earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Texas A&M College of Dentistry.

Dr. Slater aspires to make every patient feel comfortable and offers them treatment options best suited to their individual needs. She has always had a passion for helping others and expresses that through dentistry.

When Dr. Slater is not practicing, she loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. They love traveling, snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, and attempting to cook and barbeque.  Dr. Slater is excited to be here in Colorado and join the Esthetic Family Dentistry team to serve the community.
