How Does it Work?

Earning referral credit is easy! You may receive unlimited referral discounts for the patients you refer to our practice. This offer has no cash value.

Here’s how you can get your referral credit:

Step 1: Give a patient referral card to a friend or family member. If you don’t have a card, tell them to mention your name when they make their appointment.

Step 2: After their appointment is complete, we’ll put a $50 credit on both of your accounts towards future dental treatment.
