Ways to Reduce Toothache Pain

  • Rinse your mouth with saltwater
  • Place a cold compress in the area of the pain on your cheek
  • Use a topical over the counter medication to numb the area

Along with flossing and brushing, you can also cut down on high sugar foods that bacteria in your mouth feed off of. With that said, you should also visit your dentist for regular checkups at least twice a year.
